As a QA Automation Engineer (Work from Home), you’ll work directly with our product and engineering team to deliver a low-defect and highly performant product. You’ll work with automated tests to build out a full regression suite, test out new features, and scale test our application.
Job Description
- Develop code for quality automation, ensure extensive unit test coverage maintain test frameworks
- Work with HTTP APIs – REST/SOAP
- Build robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression and performance testing
- Build, customize, deploy, and manage the environment/ test automation frameworks
- Check for product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance
- Participate in design and architectural discussions
- Sign off on promoting new code through our deployment pipeline
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as a QA Automation or Software Testing Engineer with full stack test automation experience – UI and/or API - UI test automation
- Experience with xUnit testing frameworks and Selenium
- Proficiency with JavaScript, C#, HTTP, and other core web technologies
- Experience with load testing tools like JMeter or Locust
- Experience with Exploratory testing, Regression testing, Negative path testing, and Smoke testing.
- Experience in test case documentation
- Efficient at finding defects
- Deep understanding of OOP principles
- Well versed with software architectural patterns
- Strong verbal and written communications
