The Project Manager is responsible for driving our SAAS product development across the board. You are the liaison between teams and coordinate with stakeholders to see projects through to completion. You will be deeply involved with the technical side of product development and will work closely with management to prioritize resources and gain a high-level understanding of the business. Therefore, you must be extremely organized and adept at communicating with different departments.
What you will do:
- Host daily project meetings with development, management, and other teams
- Document project notes, scope of work, responsible parties, and requirements
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and provide support as needed
- Present and update stakeholders on plans, tasks, and timelines
- Be a master in JIRA and keep everything on track
- Identify roadblocks and work with the right people to resolve them
- Meet weekly with management to discuss updates, objectives, and planning
Requirements for the role:
- Proficiency in JIRA and Project Management
- 2+ years of experience in a PM role and working in geographically dispersed teams.
- Previous working experience on a SAAS product is a major plus.
