Responsibilities:
- Well knowledge for Network and System Administration, manage & support network infrastructure. (Routers, Switches, Fiber, etc.)
- Installs, configures, tests and maintains servers, SAN, and related networking equipment.
- Configures and maintains Microsoft Active Directory. Configuring, managing, securing, and troubleshooting active directory organizational units and group policy.
- Installs, configures and maintains IPS/IDS, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti Malware, etc. for maximum internal network protection.
- Develop, implement and maintain cloud base servers, Manage multiple complex, high visibility, or high impact projects simultaneously.
- Maintains Unified Communications, VoIP, and any related equipment, services, and platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application alerts, & network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
- Logs all computer, terminal, and printer hardware/software problems. Calls appropriate maintenance organizations and arranges for repair. Notifies supervisor of unusual problems.
- Develop security and compliance strategy that will meet Cloud Infrastructure security requirements.
- Oversee infrastructure and micro services security architecture (inclusive of: container security architecture, data security architecture, network security architecture and operational security architecture).
- Assists with software upgrades and installations.
- Creates scripts for automation of common tasks.
- Performs such other duties as may be required from time to time for the overall management and operation as per Company needs.
- Microsoft office 365 Administration and configuration.
