Candidate should be responsible for:
* Computer System OS installation and configuration.
* Inventory management of IT stock.
* Ensure issuance of systems according to SOP’s
* Maintain backup of production system.
* Entertained 1st level IT complaints with timely resolution and maintain complaints log in helpdesk.
Essential Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences.
* 1 year of experience in relevant field.
* Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
