Job Description:
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Liaise with related stakeholders to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety
- Anticipate bottlenecks, clarify production priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
- Provides regular status reports and capacity plan updates to the team
- Identifies processes that can improve production efficiency and act as a change agent for them.
