National Manager ERP | McDonald's Pakistan, KHI or LHR

 Job Description:

  • Lead the ERP program company-wide Dynamics 365 Enterprise implementation, replacing a custom-built, legacy ERP system.
  • Must be able to disseminate crucial information about the organization's ERP initiative including ROI, financial predictions, database migration processes.
  • Manage engagement risk, project economics, planning, and budgeting.
  • Lead, drive, and own the functional work steam, from design and set up through testing and finalizing functional specs.
  • Define and lead the deliverable content of ERP Microsoft dynamics in the view of the company and proposed efficient solutions to management.
  • Development of an effective planning process, including an integrated project schedule that encompasses all aspects of the ERP Program.
  • Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams and communicate status with regular frequency, manage risks and issues, and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate across Business Administration and system users the creation of new reports, dashboards, analytical tools.
  • Design and manage Change Management requests, approval, and tracking process
  • Advise and implement the optimization of quality control measures.
  • Organize training and promote the use and education of ERP across the organization
  • Train and support users on the use of dashboards, data extraction, etc.
  • Review Help Tickets, complaints, and recommendations from end-users.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact with the ERP vendor and manage support requests with the ERP vendor and related ERP support vendors.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with a preference for degrees in Finance, Accounting, or IT related fields
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
  • 8-10 Years of demonstrated experience implementing ERP systems including 4+ implementing Microsoft Dynamics
  • Vast knowledge of Microsoft tools and project methodologies in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Ability to organize and lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and development skills
  • Agile to new technology advancements
