Lead Foreman (Electrical) | MOL Group, Banda Daud Shah, KPK

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of Corporate and SD&HSE policies / procedures & local operative regulations.
  • Assist in achieving uninterrupted production of Oil & gas by maintaining the Electrical and Shutdown Systems at production facilities. This includes effective and reliable maintenance of power generators, Control systems, AC/DC UPS, electric motors, Public Address and fire alarm systems, earthing system and lighting system etc.
  • Assist in executing the maintenance of power generation and distribution system at production facilities. This includes supervision of routine maintenance and servicing of the equipment such as batteries, solar power RTU, motors, fire water pumps, Generators, Generator Control Panels, Telephone system, local intercom, VSAT, VHF etc.
  • Arrange troubleshooting and fault finding of the complex electrical faults and assist junior technicians in the execution of electrical system maintenance and execution of different tasks.
  • Ensure the availability of optimized inventory of Electrical related spares, tools and equipment. Provide feedback during preparation of Purchase Requisitions of pertinent spares and tools.
  • Implement & use work order module of Maximo.
  • Ability to work with team of internal and external resources to plan and execute major maintenance Shutdown jobs  

Qualification: Minimum – Three years’ Diploma of Associate Engineer in the relevant Engineering discipline.

Professional competencies:

  • Sound Technical knowledge in relevant discipline with respect to operations and maintenance of oil & gas processing facility.
  • Sound Understanding of Electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Sound Understanding of LV/MV Switchgear
  • Sound Understanding of Power Generation and Distribution System
  • Sound Understanding of UPS and VFDs
  • HSE and Technical competency to perform in Processing industry preferably Oil and Gas

Experience: Relevant experience of 5 ~ 8 years
